How much will it cost?

Prices vary depending on the size of your home or office and the type of clean you want. You can simply book online or call us and we can come out for a free quote consultation.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We bring our own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Of course! If you have any special or additional tasks just let us know while booking online or during your free quote consultation.

What if I need a more thorough clean?

For a more thorough clean add one of the following to your service during booking.

  • Deep Clean
    • ­In addition to regular services, all woodwork which includes baseboards, window sills, door/door frames are wet washed. All interior glass/windows are cleaned.
  • Move in/Move out­
    • Includes thorough fridge, oven and interior cabinet cleaning

Do I need to be home during my appointment?

No.  You do not need to be there for us to work. Most of our clients prefer us to clean while they are at work. They issue us a key and then can come home to a clean and spotless house.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the appointment?

No, however it does help your cleaners if we know what not to clean, such as kids toys or TV screens. Also, if there is excessive clutter, having things cleared will allow the cleaner to focus on cleaning instead of decluttering.

Pricing & Policies

What is your happiness guarantee?

If you’re not happy with your clean simply give us a call and we will come out to re­-clean. If you’re still unsatisfied with our service we will refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your cleaning service, let us know and we will come out to re-clean. If you’re still unsatisfied with our service we will refund the full amount of your clean.

How do I refer a friend?

Let us know that you are wanting to refer someone and we will provide you with an unique referral code. Each person you refer earns you $25 from your next clean as well as $25 off their first clean!

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Cancel online at least 48 hours before the service free of charge. We have a $35 cancellation fee otherwise. If your cleaner shows up to your appointment and cannot clean for reasons such as a “no ­show” on your part, inability to get into the home or you decide that you do not want the service then you will automatically be charged for the full price of the appointment. This policy is only to protect our providers because they are booked in advance. A no­show on your part prevents them from cleaning another customer’s home.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, all of our cleaners are interviewed in person and pass through our rigorous  screening process of which only 5% of applicants are selected.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

You can trust Simple + Clean with all of your cleaning needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. We guarantee your satisfaction!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All of our cleaners pass through our rigorous screening process of which only 5% of applicants are selected.

Are my cleaning professionals bonded & insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are bonded and insured for your peace of mind and protection.
